Two-City Dialogue Successfully Concludes: A Review of the AV-over-IP International Standards and Network Design Training Seminar

Following the successful offline exchanges in Shenzhen and Guangzhou in May, the “AV-over-IP International Standards and Network Design” Training Seminar, jointly organized by VINGLOOP and its ecosystem partners, continued its journey to Changsha and Beijing in June.

The previous two sessions focused on AV-over-IP protocol understanding, network design, and project deployment. The Changsha and Beijing sessions continued along the same technical direction, bringing the exchange to more industry peers and partners.

On June 24, the Changsha session was held at Changsha Kiloview Electronics Co., Ltd. As one stop of the training series, the Changsha session continued to focus on practical issues such as multi-protocol collaboration, device access, and network deployment.

On June 26, the Beijing session was held at DMT. The Beijing session further focused on multi-protocol coexistence and complex network design in real projects, extending the discussion from “how protocols work” to “how protocols can coexist stably in project applications.”

AV-over-IP is no longer limited to the application of a single brand or a single protocol. Protocols such as Dante and NDI each have their own focus in audio, video, broadcasting, and other scenarios, while real projects often require them to operate collaboratively within the same network.

How to plan the network topology, control multicast traffic, ensure the priority of key audio and video services, and reduce the difficulty of on-site configuration and troubleshooting have become issues that must be addressed in advance during the system design stage.

This is also the core value of the Beijing session: advancing AV-over-IP from “protocol understanding” to “engineering design.”

For system integrators and on-site engineers, understanding how different protocols work is only the first step. More importantly, these protocols need to be placed within the same deliverable, manageable, and maintainable network environment.

From the Shenzhen and Guangzhou sessions in May to the Changsha and Beijing sessions in June, this AV-over-IP International Standards and Network Design Training Seminar continued to conduct in-depth discussions around real network issues encountered on project sites, further helping industry users understand multi-protocol network design, system collaboration, and engineering delivery.

VINGLOOP will continue to participate in and support technical exchanges oriented toward real projects, promoting AV-over-IP network deployment toward greater clarity, efficiency, and controllability, while providing professional AV projects with products and technical support that are closer to engineering site requirements.

Next stop: Zhengzhou. Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, and other stops will also be launched in succession. Please stay tuned for more offline exchanges.
